The service

MilkOrder is provided to distributors as a subscription (SaaS). Shopkeepers and drivers use it on their distributor's invitation.

Who can use it

This app is built for business. Only people aged 18 or above may use it. Distributors must not add a minor's number as a shopkeeper or driver.

Account and security

Each person uses it only with their own mobile number, on their own phone, after the distributor's approval. Don't share match codes or email codes with anyone. If you lose your phone, tell your distributor immediately.

Bills and tax

The bill type (tax invoice or estimate bill) and GST rates are set by the distributor. GST return drafts are only an aid — have your CA check them before filing.

Payment

A payment is always for the full amount of the selected bills. Cash or UPI reported by the shopkeeper counts as paid only after the distributor confirms it.
